WHAT IS OUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
All of our pieces al handmade with a .925 sterling silver base and using vermeil technique for our gold pieces.
Vermeil is a unique type of gold material used in jewelry that has a .925 sterling silver base, and that base is expertly plated in gold. Even though gold vermeil jewelry contains sterling silver as its base, the color of gold vermeil will always be a beautiful yellow golden color.
Some of our pieces incorporate other elements of traditional Mexican jewelry, such as Palm, Talavera Pottery, Wood, & More to give its vibrant colors and accents.
WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Most of our Jewelry products are made in Mexico, in states such as Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chiapas & Puebla.
When you receive your piece you will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity which states the name of the Artisan and the exact location in Mexico where your piece was made.
Some of our Apparel & Home products are processed and fulfilled via our friends at Printful. While our embroidered and texiles are directly sourced from Chiapas, Mexico.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your products are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition to your home, in the event something does not arrive as expected you can request an exchange or a refund by clicking here. It is important to follow the care instructions included with your jewelry to ensure a long lasting life.
Refunds for non-damaged products can be processed within 30 days of purchase and will be returned in the form of store credit.
We do not process refunds for personalized and custom-made pieces.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major Credit Cards online, and during our pop-up events or on location we accept cash and all major credit cards.
CAN I ENGRAVE MY JEWELRY?
ABSOLUTELY.
Jewelry is a wonderful way to commemorate special dates, events, and people in our lives, and engraving your piece is a great way to celebrate!
You can engrave the pieces you order from us, but we do not offer the service for outside merchants or jewelry pieces.
