DO I NEED A MINIMUM NUMBER OF FOLLOWERS TO APPLY?
All social media/IG community sizes are welcome. We evaluate our ambassadors before choosing based on the products you will be selected to receive and your audience.
I APPLIED BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK, WHAT HAPPENED?
We manually verify our applications which can sometimes take longer. If you'd like to speed your process send us a DM on insta with the word AMBASSADOR after submitting your application.
WHY WHAS MY APPLICATION DENIED?
There is limited capacity in the Brand Ambassador program, and we are selective about which customers we admit. So sorry to hear your application wasn't approved. You can reapply to be a Brand Ambassador every 90 days.
HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM REWARDS WORK?
Our Ambassador Rewards Program allows you to earn points a few different ways – e.g. by engaging with our brand, purchasing products, or celebrating a birthday. Also, every time your exclusive coupon code is used by your community you receive points that can be traded in for store wide discounts or free products.
IS THERE ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH BEING AN AMBASSADOR?
The Brand Ambassador program is free to join, and there are no hidden fees associated with it. To maintain their status, ambassadors must complete at least two engagement activities every 90 days.
CAN I BE AN AMBASSADOR IF I HAVE NEVER BEEN ONE BEFORE?
Absolutely! We will provide guidance, tips, and encouragement for you to learn how to post, share, and reap the benefits of our program.
